 21世紀最有前途的新材料--聚酰亞胺薄膜

聚酰亞胺是指主鏈上含有酰亞胺環(-CO-N-CO-)的一類聚合物,其中以含有酞酰亞胺結構的聚合物最為重要。聚酰亞胺作為一種特種工程材料,已廣泛應用在航空、航天、微電子、納米、液晶、分離膜、激光等領域。上世紀60年代,各國都在將聚酰亞胺的研究、開發及利用列入 21世紀最有希望的工程塑料之一。聚酰亞胺,是綜合性能最佳的有機高分子材料之一。其耐高溫達400℃以上 ,長期使用溫度范圍-200~300℃,部分無明顯熔點,高絕緣性能,103 赫下介電常數4.0,介電損耗僅0.004~0.007,屬F至H。

2020聚酰亞胺薄膜行業發展前景現狀及市場規模分析

我國聚酰亞胺薄膜產業發展較為落后,目前國內有80家左右的生產企業,大部分企業的產品較為低端,國內高端聚酰亞胺薄膜產品主要依賴進口。雖然我國聚酰亞胺薄膜產品主要應用于低端市場,但由于多年的積累,我國聚酰亞胺薄膜企業逐漸在高端領域取得突破,如中科院化學所與深圳瑞華泰薄膜科技有限公司合作,掌握了具有自主產權的高性能PI膜制造技術。

從需求量來看,我國聚酰亞胺需求量逐年上漲,且高于國內產量。目前國內布局了聚酰亞胺薄膜的上市企業主要有丹邦科技、時代新材、國風塑業、新綸科技。


隨著國內電子工業的發展,尤其是柔性覆銅板的快速發展給聚酰亞胺薄膜市場帶來了巨大的潛力,市場需求日益增加。在目前國內家電下鄉、3G通訊、信息家電及汽車電子等方面的高速增長,都成為了推動柔性覆銅板市場發展的動力,拉動聚酰亞胺薄膜消費量的迅速增加。國內近年來超大規模集成電路制造與封裝等高新技術的發展,使聚酰亞胺薄膜下游需求市場也快速擴大,我國對高性能聚酰亞胺薄膜的需求也日益增加。

聚酰亞胺作為一種特種工程材料,目前,聚酰亞胺材料的主要應用領域為電工裝備、微電子、柔性電子以及新能源等領域。5G移動通信的高頻高速信號傳輸,需要作為天線的FCCL基材具有低介電常數和介電損耗的特點,但是普通聚酰亞胺薄膜的介電常數和損耗因子均較高,高頻傳輸損耗較多,因此難以適應當前的5G通信應用需求。

聚酰亞胺因其在性能和合成方面的突出特點,不論是作為結構材料或是作為功能性材料,其巨大的應用前景已經得到充分的認識,被稱為是“解決問題的能手”,并認為“沒有聚酰亞胺就不會有今天的微電子技術”。

據不完全統計,目前世界上聚酰亞胺的生產廠家約有50多家,除了美國、西歐和日本外,俄羅斯、中國、印度、韓國、馬來西亞以及中國臺灣等國累和地區也生產聚酰亞胺.其中美國有16家、西歐有9家、日本有14家生產廠生產PI.主要的生產廠家有美國杜邦公司、日本鐘淵公司以及日本宇部興產公司等。

2017年全球聚酰亞胺的年消費量約為14.9萬噸,美國、歐洲、日本是世界上聚酰亞胺最主要的消費市場。2017年,我國聚酰亞胺的產量約為4.03萬噸,主要應用于PI薄膜、復合材料、工程塑料。

聚酰亞胺高性能耐熱纖維可應用于高溫濾料、特種防護、特種纖維紙、功能性家紡面料、高檔服裝及纖維活性炭等領域。隨著國家排放標準的日益嚴格,同時基于聚酰亞胺纖維良好的耐熱特性、抗拉強度,以及極佳的過濾效果,在今后用于國內大氣污染治理的聚酰亞胺纖維及污水處理的聚酰亞胺納米纖維,市場前景廣闊。

聚酰亞胺市場需求分析

光敏聚酰亞胺既是微電子器件加工的光刻膠,又作為器件的絕緣膜層,一直是聚酰亞胺行業的高附加值產品。柔性OLED顯示實現其柔性,玻璃基板必須采用聚酰亞胺薄膜替代。作為柔性基板的聚酰亞胺薄膜要求具有極高的耐熱性能以及超低熱膨脹系數,以確保高溫制程中的尺寸穩定性。柔性電子設備中,柔性顯示、觸控或電極等結構單元的不耐彎折部件均需采用光學透明聚合物薄膜。目前透明聚酰亞胺薄膜是唯一能夠滿足這些高性能要求的有機薄膜材料。2019年,可折疊手機的出現讓透明聚酰亞胺薄膜的需求急速增加。
